12 Quick and Easy Recipes

Everyone loves a good meal, but not everyone has the time to make one. And with New Year’s Resolutions top of mind, eating better and cooking more are popular goals that may feel hard to do. That’s why we’ve compiled this list of 12 quick and easy recipes that are perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle or anyone resolving to stop eating out!

 

1. Blackberry Korean BBQ Sauce
It’s sweet. It’s savory. It’s the perfect sauce to glaze your food with!

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Soy Sauce
• 3 tbsp 1883 Maison Routin Blackberry Syrup
• 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
• ¼ cup Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
• Pinch Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients
2. Place saucepan over medium heat and allow to thicken
3. Use the sauce to coat a meat or vegetable of choice and bake or grill



2. Healthy Ginger Basil Baked Chicken
Inspired by a Thai chicken recipe, this quick and easy ginger basil baked chicken is a healthy dinner addition for anyone!

Ingredients:

• 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breast
• 1 tsp Monin Ginger Concentrate
• 1 tsp Monin Basil Concentrate
• 1 tsp Minced Garlic
• ½ tsp Salt (or more depending on taste)
• ¾ cup Canned Coconut Milk

 

Directions:

1. Add ingredients into a bowl to mix
2. Place chicken in a gallon Ziplock bag
3. Pour the mixture over the chicken and place in the refrigerator to marinade (a minimum of 2 hours, up to 24)
4. Preheat oven to 375F
5. Place the chicken and the remaining of the marinade into a dish
6. Bake for 30-45 minutes
7. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving

3. Cucumber Mint Refresher
Opt for a healthy, sugar-free drink that is refreshing on both a hot day or long day after work if you choose not to drink!

Ingredients:

• ½ tsp Monin Cucumber Concentrate
• ½ tsp Monin Mint Concentrate
• Soda Water
• Ice

 

Directions:

1. Add Ice into a glass
2. Pour in concentrates
3. Top with soda water

4. Raspberry White Chocolate Frappe
This blended beverage is Valentine's Day in a glass! Enjoy the delectable taste of frozen chocolate raspberry.

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp Monin Raspberry Syrup
• 6 tbsp Hollander White Chocolate Crème Powder
• 2 fl oz Espresso (optional)
• 6 fl oz Milk (add 2 more fl oz if you skip the espresso)
• 1 cup Ice
• Optional: Hollander chocolate sauce

 

Directions:

1. Drizzle the chocolate sauce in a glass
2. Combine all the other ingredients into a blender
3. Blend well and pour into the glass

5. Peach Honey Glazed Pork Chops
The peach honey glaze is sweet and fruity to counteract the savory flavor of the pork chops. This recipe is just too good to pass up if you’re looking for a dinner recipe!

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp Monin Peach Concentrate
• ¼ cup Tea Zone Original Longan Honey
• ½ cup Water
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• Pinch of Salt
• Butter
• Pork chops

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Add everything except the pork chops into a sauce pan over a medium heat until it thickens
3. Place the pork chops on a pan
4. Glaze the pork chops with the mixture
5. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until done
6. Let rest for 3-5 minutes



6. Air Fryer Fajitas
We all know how the rise of air fryer recipes have simplified life. But did you know you can make fajitas in the air fryer?

Ingredients:

Tea Zone Chili Seasoning Mix
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• Thin cut steak or chicken breast, depending on your preference
• 3 large Bell Peppers

 

Directions:

1. Slice the bell peppers
2. Toss the meat and peppers in the olive oil
3. Brush the air fryer basket with a small amount of olive oil
4. Preheat the air fryer to 380F for 3 minutes
5. Add the chicken (or steak) and peppers in air fryer for 10-15 minutes, or until done

7. Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets
What is better than a chicken nugget? It is both adult and child approved! And a healthier version made without all the oil in the air fryer? Sign us up!

Ingredients:

Tea Zone Seasoned Frying Powder
• 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
• 2 eggs
• Cooking spray

 

Directions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 390F
2. Clean the chicken and trim into nuggets
3. Place eggs in a bowl and whip them up with a fork
4. Place the frying powder in another bowl
5. Coat the chicken in the egg and then the frying powder (repeat step for more breading)
6. Spray the air fryer with cooking spray to avoid sticking
7. Cook for 8 minutes, or until it’s fully cooked



8. Lemon Pepper Salmon
Taking the typical lemon pepper flavored salmon and simplifying it even more with Tea Zone seasoning.

Ingredients:

Tea Zone Lemon Pepper Marinade
• 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Salmon
• 2 tbsp Extra virgin Olive Oil

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray
3. Place salmon on the cooking sheet
4. Brush the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with Tea Zone Lemon Pepper Marinade
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done

9. Crockpot Taco Chicken using Chili Seasoning
Love Tex-Mex and spicy food? This recipe is for you!

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Tea Zone Chili Seasoning Powder
• 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 16 oz jar Salsa

 

Directions:

1. Clean chicken and place at the bottom of the crockpot
2. Sprinkle in Tea Zone Chili Seasoning Powder and then pour in salsa
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours
4. When it’s done cooking, shred with 2 forks



10. Glazed Honey Balsamic Pork Chops
The best addition to any rice, vegetables, or mashed potato side dishes.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Tea Zone Premium Wildflower Honey
• 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 tbsp Ketchup
• 2 tsp Minced Garlic
• 4 Boneless Pork Chops

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Line a pan with foil
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, and minced garlic
4. Place pork chops on the pan and use part of the sauce to dust over
5. Bake for 15 minutes
6. Take out the pork chops to dust on the rest of the sauce
7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes



11. Cranberry Balsamic Chicken
You may have heard of a cranberry balsamic dressing for salad, but this recipe is going to use it on chicken. However, you could use it as a salad dressing too if you wish.

Ingredients:

• 5 tbsp Monin Cranberry Syrup
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 lb skin on, bone-in Chicken Thighs
• 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
• 2 tbsp Thyme Leaves
• 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325F
2. Pan sear the chicken (using olive oil) or grill it
3. Add balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, cranberry syrup, thyme leaves, and brown sugar into a saucepan and heat up until it thickens
4. Add chicken to a pan, pour sauce over the chicken, and put it in the oven
5. Bake for 18-25 minutes



12. Honey Soy Chicken
Skip the Panda Express for dinner tomorrow night and opt for an at-home version. It will be both cheaper and easier! Plus, it’s quicker to make than waiting on delivery.

Ingredients:

• 5 tbsp Tea Zone Original Longan Honey
• 3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Minced Garlic
• 1 tsp Sesame Oil
• 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1 ½ - 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Tenders

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425F and line a pan with foil
2. Add everything but the chicken to a boil and whisk together
3. Place the chicken in the foiled pan
4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and maneuver to get it fully covered
5. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, or until done
6. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
7. After transporting the chicken, pour sauce from the bottom of the pan over the chicken
