Astrology is often affiliated with the question “what’s your sign?” Regardless of what social media platform you’re using, you’ve probably come across a post where people compare the signs to various things from items to foods. Here’s a fun list of drinks that each sign might enjoy based on their known characteristics.

Zodiac Signs

There are twelve zodiac signs in total. Each and every sign represents a piece of a puzzle that make up individual personality traits split into four elements – air, fire, water, and earth.

1. Aries – March 21 to April 19

Aries are the first zodiac sign, so it’s fitting that they love to be number one and are natural born leaders. This Cardinal Fire Sign is ruled by Mars with Red as its Power Color. Aries are established to be fiery, bold, and brave. Aries are passionate, motivated, and confident leaders, so as a drink they would resemble a Mangonada. Mangonadas are sweet, tangy, and spicy just like an Aries.


2. Taurus

Taurus is a Fixed Earth Sign depicted as determined, loyal, and luxurious. Valuing security and stability above all, Tauruses appreciate the finer things in life. They love to treat and spoil themselves and those they love. Ruled by Venus and with Green as their Power Color, if Tauruses were a beverage, they would be a Matcha Latte because it’s earthy, grounded, and luxurious.


3. Gemini – May 21 to June 20

Gemini is a Mutable Air Sign known to be quit-witted, playful, and curious. This sign has two sides to their personalities, one they show the world and one they keep hidden. Ruled by Mercury and with the Power Color Yellow, Gemini are always open to trying new things. Therefore, as a beverage, they would be any variation of Lemonade. From floral flavors to sweeter flavors, they would resemble it all because they can adapt.


4. Cancer – June 21 to July 22

Cancer is a Cardinal Water Sign ruled by the Moon with White as its Power Color. Cancers are known to be sensitive, emotional, and receptive. They also give their all and put their hearts in what they believe in but have a hard shell to crack before seeing their soft sides. If Cancer was a drink, it would be any cup of Tea, hot or cold, because Tea exudes comfort and can be soothing just like this sign.

5. Leo – July 23 to August 22

Leos are a Fixed Fire Sign described as passionate, loyal, and infamously dramatic. They love to stand out and embrace the spotlight, so if Leos were a beverage, they would be a Tequila Sunrise (both the mocktail and cocktail) because it’s extravagant and bold. Tequila Sunrises are the perfect drink for this sign because it’s Orange, which resembles their Power Color, and Leos are ruled by the Sun.

6. Virgo – August 23 to September 22<

Virgo is a Mutable Earth Sign known to be hardworking, practical, and analytical. ruled by Mercury, Virgos are perfectionists and always want to help those around them on a practical level. They enjoy paying attention to detail and are natural-born organizers. With Brown as their Power Color, Virgos would be Milk Tea with or without Boba because it’s dependable, simple, and perfect as is.

7. Libra – September 23 to October 22

Libra is a Cardinal Air Sign and characterized as charming, social, and diplomatic, valuing peace and balance above all. Ruled by Venus and with Light Pink as their Power Color, Libras appreciate the beauty and luxuries in life. The beverage this sign would be is Rose Milk Tea because it’s a balanced flavor of floral and subtle sweetness, which is ideal for a Libra.

8. Scorpio – October 23 to November 21

Scorpio is a Fixed Water Sign identified as passionate, mysterious, and cunning. Ruled by Pluto and Mars with the Power Color Black, Scorpios are often one of the most misunderstood signs of the zodiac. With a tough exterior, Scorpios have a sentimental side that only people they trust and love see. As a drink, this sign would be a Scorpion Bowl it’s a sweet cocktail that can be enjoyed with loved ones and set on fire, which is how a Scorpio can be if betrayed by those they open up to.

9. Sagittarius – November 22 to December 21

Sagittarius is a Mutable Fire Sign ruled by Jupiter. Described to be adventurous, spontaneous, and optimistic, Sags crave expansion and exploration above all. With Purple as their Power Color, they symbolize as being larger-than-life and flexible. Sagittarius would be a Grape Lemonade because it’s not a typical go-to flavor but sags are spontaneous and adventurous so they would be open to trying something new and different.

10. Capricorn – December 22 to January 19

Capricorn is a Cardinal Earth Sign ruled by Saturn. Capricorns are often described as reserved, resilient, and ambitious so Gray being their Power Color makes sense. They have a guard up and can come off as restrained at first, but over time they become increasingly youthful, optimistic, and playful as they mature. As a beverage, Caps would be a Mimosa because they combine the familiar flavors of youth and adulthood with the fruit juice and Champagne mixed together.

11. Aquarius – January 20 to February 18

Aquarius is a Fixed Air Sign ruled by Uranus and Saturn. Aquarians are seen as intellectual, independent, and contemplative. They’re very eccentric and are dedicated to making the world a better place. With Blue as the Power Color, Aquarians are also deep and big thinkers. As a beverage, an Aquarius would be a Blue Lagoon because of their unique and introspective personalities.

12. Pisces – February 19 to March 20

Pisces is a Mutable Water Sign ruled by Neptune and Jupiter and the last zodiac of the twelve. Described as imaginative, intuitive, and emotional, Pisces are very empathetic. With Teal as this sign’s Power Color, Pisceans effortlessly adapt to their surroundings. Similar to Iced Teas, Pisces are constantly breaking free from the norm and making their own path just like the beloved classic beverage that has many variations.
