4 Viral TikTok Oats Recipes

TikTok trends have been dictating what you eat for the past two years and the latest in viral TikTok trends are overnight oats and baked oats. This has been a great way to add soluble fiber to your diet! Creativity is through the roof from peanut butter overnight oats to chocolate chip to even matcha baked oats.

Take a look at this list of exciting delicious flavors:

 

1. Brownie Baked Oats
If you thought oatmeal was boring, think again. Brownie baked oats turns plain old oatmeal into an indulgent snack or dessert. Go crazy with your own variations including adding fresh raspberries in the batter or drizzling nut butter on top.
Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup oats
• ½ medium banana
• ½ tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tbp Hollander Sweet Ground Dutched Chocolate powder
• 1/3 cup milk
• Handful of chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender until a batter is formed.
2. Pour into a large ramekin and place into an oven for 18 mins at 350°F.
3. Top with more chocolate chips

2. Matcha Baked Oats
Matcha milk teas are classic, but matcha has also found its way into other treats in the kitchen. If you’ve been anywhere on social media, you’ll find matcha crepe cakes, matcha ice cream, and now... matcha baked oats!

Ingredients:
• ½ cup oats
• ½ medium banana
• ½ tsp chia seeds
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 tbp maple syrup
• 2 tbp Tea Zone Matcha Green Tea Powder
• ½ tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender until a batter is formed.
2. Pour into a large ramekin and place into an oven for 22 mins at 400°F.
3. Top with shaved chocolate and sliced bananas.



3. Brown Sugar Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Boba lovers unite! Satisfy that boba craving in your morning routine with brown sugar cinnamon overnight oats. If you’re feeling extra, top it with brown sugar boba as well. It’s a delicious match.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup oats
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tbp hemp seeds
• 1 tbp Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup
• ½ cup milk

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a container with a lid. Stir until all the oatmeal is covered.
2. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Top with fresh banana slices, make it a dessert by adding boba!

4. Blueberry Overnight Oats
Adding fresh fruit to overnight oats is nothing new, but berries are naturally not super sweet. That is why you need to add a sweetener to bring out its amazing flavor. Not only will this be a bold blueberry punch of flavor, but the purplish hue makes for a great post.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup oats
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tbp hemp seeds
• 1 tbp Tea Zone Blueberry Syrup
• ½ cup milk
• Handful fresh blueberries

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a container with a lid. Stir until everything is well combined.
2. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Top with sliced almonds and more fresh berries!
